Current State of Transposition

The below links contain two charts, graphing the time scale and current state of transposition of member states, with regards to the original Level 1 Directive (2004/39/EC), and the implementing Level 2 Directive (2006/73/EC).
The raw data was extracted from the responses to a March 2007 questionnaire on transposition addressed by the Commission to the member states. Note there is no data regarding the implementing regulation as this has direct effect, and consequently does not need to be transposed.
