Pensions Ombudsman

Pensions Ombudsman can investigate and decide complaints and disputes about the way that occupational and personal pension schemes are run.

As the Ombudsman for the Board of the Pension Protection Fund, the ombudsman can deal with disputes about the decisions made by the Board or the actions of their staff.

The Pensions Ombudsman also deals with appeals against decisions made by the Scheme Manager under the Financial Assistance Scheme.
