Recovery and Resolution Plans
The BBA is pleased to respond to the FSA's consultation paper on Recovery and Resolution plans but will comment on the discussion elements of the paper to a longer time frame. We are aware that the European Commission is likely to release its draft Crisis Management legislation at about the time of the submission of our response to CP11/16.
