On the 1st November 2009 the Financial Services Authority assumes responsibility for regulating most aspects of retail banking.
To replace the Banking Codes, banks, building societies and credit card providers will be promoting the FSA's Moneymadeclear series of impartial information and tools on bank accounts and borrowing money.
Firms can order copies of the Moneymadeclear flyers and guides for bank accounts and credit cards from the BBA. Details of the prices and ordering process can be found via the order form below.
