Welcome to the British Bankers' Association’s public website (the "Service") currently located at www.bba.org.uk, www.bankfacts.co.uk, www.restoreuk.org.uk and www.jmlsg.org.uk (the "Sites") or such other URL from time to time for the Service.

"You" and "your" means any natural or legal person who uses the Service and each entity on whose behalf you act. You are also referred to the definitions at the end of this document.
