It is BBA policy that for all orders with a value of £1,000 or less, payment must be received in advance. No goods will be despatched under any circumstances until payment has been received. For orders in excess of £1,000 an invoice will be raised against which payment must be made within the terms of that invoice. Failure to do so may result in subsequent orders being rejected. Should the value of the goods ordered total more than £1,000, you will be required to sign the order form as the purchasing officer and have the order form countersigned by an accounts manager. Should a countersignature be unavailable, you must attach to the BBA order form a copy of your own signed purchase order form.
