Bookings terms & conditions

1.     To guarantee your place in the training workshop, all registrations – even those received a week prior to the event, must be made in writing and accompanied by full payment.  If you are registering via your organisation’s Accounting Department, please fax a copy of your completed registration form.
2.     Provisional or phone registrations will not be accepted.
3.     Any change of delegate details must be received in writing.
4.     BBA membership is corporate and not individual so if your organisation is a member, then so are you.  Click here to find out if your organisation is a member bank or associate member.
5.     All cancellations made a minimum of 30 days prior to the training workshop, incur an administration charge of £45 plus VAT.  If a cancellation notice is received within 30 days of an event, no refunds will be made.  In such cases, registration cannot be transferred to other events however, a substitute can be nominated.
6.     Confirmation. Please make sure to supply an email address on your booking form.  A confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours your booking; we must receive full payment before sending out any confirmation however if you have not received your email confirmation before the training workshop, please contact us.
7.     We do not issue invoices for any bookings; a VAT receipt will be emailed with the booking confirmation.
8.     In certain circumstances, the BBA reserves the right to change the programme without prior notification.
9.     Delegate places cannot be shared.
